I had extra time to practice breathing this morning since it’s Saturday. I tried to relax every part of my body while breathing. After 30 minutes, I stretched and walked around the house. Resumed the breathing for about 45 minutes.
While I was stretching after the second sitting, I had cramping on my lower back around my kidneys. I forced myself to practice too much before building the foundation. Even though I tried to relax, I had cramps. It lasted for 10 minutes.
It’s like training for running a marathon. It’s long-term training, not short intense exercise.
