My Meditation Before Bed

This is my meditation before bed. It takes less than 15 minutes every day to practice. After meditation, I can have quality sleep and gain clarity through dreams and intuition.

*Please bring a journal/notebook and a pen with you.

1. Grounding

I sit comfortably and relax my body. Relax jaws, eye brows and forehead. I relax my scalp, neck and shoulders. As I breathe deeply, my breaths drop down to my lower abdomen. The sensations of being relaxed spread through the arms and legs.

Now I ground my energy by shifting my awareness down to the Earth.

First, my awareness moves down to the surface of the Earth. I feel the layers of soils and rocks. Then, I move down to the layers of caves and underground water.

I’m aware of the veins of crystals and minerals. Especially veins of gold and quartz. I move down deeper to the layers of lava and melted metals.

Finally, I’m connecting to the high-density solid inner core of the Earth.

Now my vibration is resonating with the vibration of the Earth. My body becomes a part of the Earth.

2. Clearing

Now I place an etheric rose quartz sphere spinning above my head. The crystal sphere pours down rose-pink rays over my head and body.

The luminous rays wash all dark spots, heal any energetic wounds and replenish my auric field. The rose-pink light even permeates into my skin, muscles, bones and organs.

My body and mind are embraced by celestial soothing waves and sealed with golden light now.

3. Reviewing

Let’s review today.

The most valuable fruit that I harvest on Earth is benefitting others by teaching and leading people in need so that they can live a righteous life. Yet, without my growth, I can’t help others in my full capacity. Thus, my growth and benefitting others are my top priorities each day.

Now, I’m time-traveling back to the moment when I woke up this morning. From that point, I replay what I have experienced today.

My Meditation before bed reviewing

I thoroughly relive the meaningful moments of the day and fast-forward insignificant memories. I’m watching today’s episode of my real-life show.

4. Reflecting & Journaling

My Meditation before bed journaling

After quickly reviewing my day, I ask myself the following questions.

ღ What was the most meaningful moment or accomplishment today?

ღ What were my contributions to others?

ღ What did I learn today? Did I have any growth or awakenings?

ღ What am I grateful for today?

ღ Do I have any unfinished tasks today? If so, please write them down in the notebook.

ღ What’s my major plan tomorrow? Visualize that my plan is successfully implemented and that I fully live my day.

* After reviewing, please write down anything that you want to remember in your journal.

5. Affirmation

Now I’m putting down baggage from my mind as I write down the unfinished tasks in my notebook. I can retire to bed freely without any attachment or burden.

I’m now closing today. While I sleep, my superconscious will take care of the rest.

My sleep will process the information that was input today and bring underlying meanings to light. It will provide new perspectives on the current situation and show hint of improvement.

Also, the sleep will process emotional stress and push toxic chemicals out of my body and brain.

My soul will get enough rest and connect with the Universal Intelligence to access useful information to live my purpose tomorrow.

I send my gratitude to all the seen and unseen guides, and helpers who supported my journey today. When I wake up tomorrow, my body will be rejuvenated and my mind will be renewed. I will start my day full of vitality and a clear purpose.

Thank you and have a peaceful night.
